About me

Location	just outside Houston, TX, United States
Introduction	First and foremost, I am a child of God. Then I'm a daughter, a woman, a wife, a mother of two sons and a friend. I'm in my 50's, and a stay at home wife. I lost my younger son to suicide in the summer of 2001; he was 16 yrs old. That was also the beginning of the 12 month period that included 9/11, my father's diagnosis and subsequent death from lung cancer, my younger brother's suicide, my husband's collapsed lung, the loss of one job and beginning of another, and my parents 50th wedding anniversary (which was less than 2 weeks before his death). This is something of a blog about my trying to recover from all of that.
