| Introduction | I re-started collecting with the Transformers Movie line a couple of years ago, though way before that i also collected Ghostbusters, M.A.S.K.s and G.I. Joes. The last figures collection I had was the now-defunct Lord of the Rings HEX miniature game. I eventually shifted to Transformers Classics after about a year of collecting TF Movie figures. Another year later i decided to pursue a different path and i decided to let go of all my Transformers except for those that are really dear to me. I have been a fan of Squaresoft Games during my younger days (FF6-9, Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, Legend of Mana, etc.) so it's not surprising that i eventually found myself collecting figures produced by Square-Enix. Play Arts Kai is the best line i have collected so far and though i have only a few figs so far i can easily say that this line is a keeper. Such is the essence of collecting, we get what we deem important to us, one way or another, and what will make us feel satisfied. Moving on and growing up is an integral step in a collector's personal development as they are in real life. The TITLE of this site is a "dedication" to my baby daughter. |
