Introduction	Hello beautiful women!!! My name is Anne Cohen and I am happy to be alive and writing about my passions, one of them being the love of sculpting my body. I am dedicated to the lifestyle of fitness and healthy eating and want to help women in their journey to looking and feeling their best. I have had a rocky road. Disordered eating patterns, yo-yo dieting, compulsive exercise and lack there of have been a few of my struggles. I completely understand and understand with feelings of excessive, constant hunger, carbohydrate addiction/cravings, lack of motivation to workout, it has been a struggle for me my entiire life. I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and other pituitary disorders that have affected many things. But after the birth of my first child, something happened: I made peace with myself and my body. I was able to figure out how to eat, be satisfied and break free of that horrible cycle. It was through this personal transformation that I am now able to help others with their struggles. I know what it feels like and I will try anything that I can to to help women be their personal best.
