| Introduction | I am an inter-disciplinary artist currently based in Bournemouth, UK. My practice is driven by process - A ritualistic exploration of materials and medium that enforces their inherent qualities as well as the concepts that concern my work. I am currently exploring our relationship to language and the distance it can both diminish and reinforce. Language allows connection, assimilation, understanding, but it can also be used to control and isolate. I am also curious to explore what it means to be intimate, to build physical and figurative boundaries between people that imitate those we experience but overlook daily. |
