| Introduction | Ever since I quit smoking in Jan of 2009, I have found a new passion for food. I am not trained, but while watching food channels on the television and trying new things on travels outside of the country I have decided to curb my picky eating ways a bit and expand. I have gotten some inspiration from friends, family and of course the tv shows from the Food Channel & Cooking Channel. Some I have just thought of myself. To start all I did was take my existing knowledge of food and mix it up a little bit more. I played with new mixing of flavors and textures that I didn't think would be good before and have found to be delicious. After a while of this I have ventured out and am trying things I have never done before. I hope this can inspire you as others have inspired me. |
