Introduction	As a Co-Founder of CrossFit Innovate I bring with me a love for doing anything that challenges me physically and keeps me constantly moving. I began playing soccer at the age of 4 and continued to add layers of physically and mentally challenging activities on a constant basis. Weightlifting, swimming and soccer consumed my high school and college years always striving for the ultimate level of fitness and “personal best”. After discovering CrossFit I knew this was what I had been looking for to complete my quest for physical excellence. Beginning my CrossFit days in a Globo-gym I quickly realized this is “the way” to train but not “the place” to train. “Don’t drop the weight, what are those pull-ups you are doing and no running back and forth in the gym”. After several months my step father and I decided to open our affiliate in Northport Alabama. It has given me the opportunity to continue my love for athletics and more importantly my love for coaching. I’m psyched about helping people change their lives with CrossFit and look forward to sharing their personal victories with them
