Which do you prefer and why: whittling with soap or whistling with wood?
I'll pick to whittle with soap. I actually tried this in 5th grade for an art project. I was into the '60s at that point, so I whittled a peace sign over an American flag. I smeared shoe polish over the surface and then wiped it off so that the black remained in the grooves, showing the detail. As for whistling with wood, I don't think I want splinters in my mouth!
