| Introduction | One of my favorite parts of the weekend (if I can make it that far in the week) is getting out my steno pad, writing the days of the week down the left side of the page and making my family's menu for the week. I love watching the Food Network and finding new recipes or reading the three cooking magazines that I get every month and learning new techniques. In this blog, I want to share the process I use to make my menu and share the recipes that I've decided to use each week. I will update as I try new recipes and let everyone know which ones were delicious dishes and which ones were disasters (because we all have times where you take one bite and the rest of it goes in the trash-- or the dog bowl, depending...). |
