IntroductionNot-so-recent college grad looking for a job, love and respect. Not necessarily in that order. Past experience with the intrawebz has brought me to this site wherein I can vent my distaste for sloppy job hunters and prance around merrily discussing my love for all things food and book related while still shaking my rump in the face of Uncle Sam and his poor employment rate. Don't applaud, just throw food stamps.
InterestsWhile living at home with my parents, I average about three movies and one book a day. I enjoy collecting vintage postcards and making up care packages to send to people. When not completely depressed and doing nothing about my current situation, I enjoy having one or two cocktails and dancing to "I Will Survive" with my girlfriends. Men don't get that...first guy that does I'm proposing to.
Favorite moviesLost in Translation, The Secret Life of Words, Howl's Moving Castle, Saving Grace, Some Like it Hot, Secretary, Amelie, Stage Beauty, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Talk to Her, Abre Los Ojos

For your birthday, your aunt gave you a maple syrup dispenser shaped like a rooster. Please write her a thank-you note:

Dear Aunt Petunia (or Gerta or Geraldine), Thanks for the lovely syrup dispenser shaped like nature's answer to male anatomy. It'll be a big hit at my roommate's bachelorette breakfast next week. We'll be sure to suck down all the sugary goodness. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness. Loves Huggy Bunches, Kaitlin
