| Introduction | I grew up with an unsettling background and a lot of shame resulted. I hid from it with alcohol and other things (in rebellion). God revealed Himself in Christ when I was 21. I then hid in religious performance until about 27. He finally got through and now I am seeing Him for the loving (without strings) God He is. This is what learning rest is all about: learning to rest in His love. |
