Introduction	My biggest accomplishment to date has been losing 102 pounds in 2 years. It has been a fun adventure for sure. Before my weight loss my hobbies were watching tv, sitting on my butt and eating. Now my hobbies are running, hiking mountains and deciding how I can take on the world next.
Interests	Helping people with their weight loss issues, running, aerobic kickboing, body toning with weights, shopping and keeping up with everyone on facebook.
