| Introduction | When you drive down the road and pass a fast food place look at the drive thru, 9 times out of 10 there will be a car waiting for fattening food! Its disgustimg! I believe if you cant pronounce it then you shouldnt eat it! You may notice that most of my ingredients come from health food stores (like whole foods) but you dont have to shop there. You can go to your neighborhood store and get very healthy and delicious food, just like you can go to whole foods and get a 2000 calorie burrito. I just want people to be aware of what they're eating! I want to be able to give my children sweet treats with out regretting it down the road. Im just a woman on a mission of something sweet yet satisfying! |
