| Introduction | Since I can remember, I have always loved to create: a pleasure that goes back to my childhood and that I owe in great part to my grandmother, Alice. I can still remember looking into her old armoire, opening little boxes filled with treasures and souvenirs. Among those, I discovered once a small faded lavender stick that my grandmother had weaved for Bastille Day with a blue-white-red ribbon when she was a little girl.
