Introduction | Alabama Workers’ Compensation Attorney Tracy W. Cary has worked since 1994 representing people who are injured on the job. He has represented people from all over the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia in state and federal courts with a variety of accident and injury claims including wrongful death cases, car wrecks, trucking accidents, motorcycle wrecks, workers’ compensation claims, dog bite incidents, consumer fraud, Social Security disability claims, insurance bad faith claims and product defect claims. He has also represented clients in Kansas, Illinois, Arizona and Connecticut. Mr. Cary has written a consumer-rights book – The Injured Worker’s Survival Guide -The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Workers’ Compensation Claim. Mr. Cary received his law degree in 1992 from the University of Alabama and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in 1985. He served as a field artillery officer in the United States Army and a JAGC officer in the Alabama Army National Guard. He is married with four children. He is active in his church, his profession and his community. |
