| Introduction | Martin Meader - writer of children's fiction, a feature film producer, composer, musician, choral director. 1997, Martin Co-Wrote and Co-Ex Produced Paradise Road, $25.6 million Fox Searchlight feature. Starred Glenn Close, Cate Blanchett, Pauline Collins, Jennifer Ehle, Francis McDormand. Based on the true story of an extraordinary group of women in a Japanese concentration camp who came together to form a vocal orchestra and created a life-affirming symphony of human voices. Martin has worked with Dean Semler (Oscar winner, Dances with Wolves), Andrew Lesnie (Oscar winner, Lord Of The Rings) and John Cox (Oscar winner - Babe). Martin's children's story, The Adventures of Charlie & Moon will soon be published by www.crowfliespress.com - in development to become a major motion picture. Martin has conducted choirs (including 1,000 voice choirs) in Australia, Indonesia and Canada, runs singing workshops for corporations and community groups.
