| Introduction | I am here to help Everyone, especially us with limited mobility, find things to Make Life Easier, namely in the kitchen that give back independence�� My limited mobility is from a massive stroke in 2010 that completely paralyzed my right side and rendered me, what I felt, was useless! Now it's 2022 and with extremely hard work and not giving up on myself, I still have use of a single hand and arm, but I can walk, drive, got remarried to my high school sweetheart, and now have my independence, for the most part, back in the kitchen �� All since 2010.
