| Introduction | Dan (a.k.a., Squirrel) holds a B.A. (cum laude) in economics from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa and a J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law. It was during law school that he acquired the nickname “Squirrel” for his ability to squirrel away information. He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Currently he works as a Risk Management Consultant for large financial institution in Minneapolis. Dan resides in Anoka, Minnesota with his wife and children.
