| Introduction | I'm Terri, a trailing spouse and overlord to three almost-teens now living in Cyprus. I live in the capital, Nicosia with two annoying terriers, a minivan and a teeny, tiny Euro size refrigerator. I started posting my cooking on Facebook and now I need to save the recipes. I cook American flavors mostly from California (born and bred) with occasional forays into other regional cuisine- all with ingredients I find in Cyprus. |
