Introduction	I was lucky enough to grow up in north eastern Ontario as a bilingual Canadian. Living in Ottawa and Montreal was great but Toronto is my home now. I formally studied Museum Technology, Art, Fashion, Hairstyling, Business, Yoga and Psychology. I have been a yogi since 1998 and continue to develop and grow with my practice as well as share these wonderful teachings. My passion for music, art, health and people are what inspire me to write this blog.
