| Introduction | Sophie Mabry, MA, ACSM –E.P., EIM –II, C-HWC I have had a lifelong passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle beginning as a teenager when a member of the swimming and tennis team. From those experience’s I became a lifelong mover, eating a clean diet with a deep philosophy on being proactive with my health that allows me to explore the great outdoors today by cyclo-touring, hiking, backpacking and kayaking with my husband and huskies! My passion is to help others with their health, energy, life balance, nutritional choices and physical activity patterns in achieving a better you one (little) step at a time! |
