| Introduction | The corporate world was an unscheduled detour for me. Food and cooking have always been my passion! From helping my grandmother cook family feasts on the wood fired stove, making everything by hand, even the butter, through a short vegetarian stint, to hosting many, many, many, many parties where the catering was my favourite part,to 14 years ago when I returned to my passion fulltime with the creation of Spice Bazaar, to today where the Spice Bazaar Cooking School has been in full flight for over 4 years now. What a ride it has been. And it's still the cooking that I love the most. My inspiration comes from many sources, and I'd love to share some of that with you. |
