Introduction	SHIRLEY MTHEMBIE OR SHIRLEY M as she is known to her fans manage to bring liveness to the show with her mind openness, strong expressions ,sense of humor, audacity engagement with great tracks to compliment her. What I like most about radio is the fact that I can influence positivity and no one is watching me while I am doing it. I fell in love with radio long time ago after realizing that I am outspoken, opinionated and I loved listening to radio. Broadcasting is close to my heart and that is what I want to do for the rest of my life, I do research for the show, I am script writer, manage the live broadcast, content producer and I organize guests for my shows. What makes me happy is when my manager compliments me for a great show coz that’s what I am aiming daily and when I meet a listener at the streets and that person tells me that his/her life has changed ever listening to PFM lifestyle.
Favorite books	My motto in life is “Where I come from does not determine where I am going” favorite quote “ When I was born everybody who was around me was smiling while i was the only person crying” so I strive to make sure that when I die I must be the only person smiling everybody who was close to me must cry.
