| Introduction | I am a single parent to two beautiful children, 3 and 6 years old. My husband and I are separated, after some difficulties related to his bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. I am in my 3rd year of my PhD in school and clinical child psychology. I have a great family, including my parents and my sister's family, plus some awesome extended family members. I have a few close friends, and now that we've settled in a neighborhood we plan to stay in for a long time, I am working on developing relationships with new friends. |
