Introduction	Got my MBA degree with a concentration in finance from The University of St.Thomas, Houston,Texas, in 1982. A Bachelor Degree from Universidad of Lima, at Lima Peru. Worked as Director for several companies, and taught Financial Management at Universidad de Lima. Designed and implement a "capitalization expense policy" for the University of St. Thomas.
