Introduction	I use my freezer to store meals because there are days I do not want to be in the kitchen - on Sundays, on errand day, when someone is sick and needs extra attention, when it has just been a long week and I need some help, the reasons are numerous, but there are just days I want to open my freezer, pull something out, thaw it, cook it, and be done with it!
