| Introduction | One year ago I started a weight loss journey. I am working hard to shed pounds, get more active and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am slowly rediscovering who I am, what I want, need and deserve in this crazy world. I found happiness in 2000 when I met my husband, doubled that happiness in 2002 when we married...and then trippled that happiness with 3 wonderful kids in 37 months...life can get crazy with a 5 year old, a 4 year old and 2 year old! Some days, I feel like I am walking the lunatic fringe! |

| Favorite music | Well, obvilously, TOM COCHRANE!!! I like everything from ABBA to ZZ TOP and tons in the middle. Favs include Tom Cochrane and Tom Cochrane and Red Rider, Great Big Sea, Yo Yo Ma, Gowan, ...I will keep adding! |
