| Introduction | I am an interior design consultant, co owner and partner at Aloka General Trading. My wife Nilmini and I are the senior partners at Aloka, and our son Sasika, who’s following a diploma in business management to be followed by an advanced diploma and then his degree, just joined the company as well. I am the main man in our family run business and being the top dog can sometimes be difficult as you need to make tough decisions at times. Our primary line is import of building accessories for commercial and residential properties and we work closely with architects, engineers and contractors in the building industry. I’m very stringent about quality and if a product does not meet my standards, it will not be on my list of imports. As many know already, quality stamps of some Asian suppliers do have variables, I’m not saying that the quality of goods manufactured in Asia are inferior, it’s just that they manufacture stuff on the basis of “good for just 2 years only” and so on; therefore when sourcing a product I ensure its carefully evaluated from every angle. So if you are looking for building accessories do give us a call or visit my website www.alokageneraltrading.com |

| Favorite movies | I've lost count of the number of movies I've seen over the years. On average I watch at least one new movie a week now but there was a time that I'd take in as many as 3 new movies a day. How could I possibly say I have a favorite? Virtually impossible from the lot I've seen. |
| Favorite music | Anything goes, I listen to it all .. sure the mood governs but music has always got a calming effect on all of us humans, I don't think anyone can possibly say they don't like music. |
| Favorite books | Books, sure I love books but I read almost everything online now, here again I have read a whole lot and its hard to say that I have a favorite as my reading stretches from fiction, to technical, real life and just about everything else in between. |
