| Introduction | I owned a small food business that sold healthy meals to families. When I closed the shop, I decided to go back to school and get my Master's in Public Health. I have 2 great kids, 1 hubby, a chocolate lab and a crazy little dog. I would like to learn more about food, nutrition and the politics of food business while encouraging families to eat healthy meals together and avoid the processed food of the world. I will try to share some of that here. |
