Introduction	Annie studied French and Italian at Selwyn College, Cambridge, and began her blog on her year abroad, while teaching in Lyon, France. She then lived in Geneva for a year, where she worked for an international ecumenical organization. On returning to the UK she gained an MA in Literary Translation from the University of East Anglia, and worked as a translator and classical music agent in Cambridge. She recently moved to Prague, where she is discovering the Czech culture and language. She spends her 'free' time singing, and also enjoys boats, cooking, archaeology, and adventures in the mountains.
