| Introduction | I am an ultra endurance athlete. As an ultra runner I run races longer than 26.2 miles and I tend to run a lot of races. I run like horse and eat like one too. I am a coldblood and like the work horses I easily run though mud, am less affected by the cold, and can carry heavy loads. It would be fair to say that I have been a military husband, as I have been a stay at home husband/father while my wife was serving in the US Army. My wife and I have 3 children. I am a Christian conservative, but I will leave politics out of my blogs. |
