IntroductionMy first meditative experience occured spontaneusly when I was 16. While walking down the street I was asking "What is the purpose of human life?". Then my mind become completely silent. It was incredible. I felt calm and quiet inside. Then a cool breeze started pouring on my entire body and I felt this tremendous feeling that "I love the Divine" and that "I love everyone". This feeling left after about 20 minutes. Having tasted this deeper reality I experimented and searched to find a way to reconnect with this state. About a year later I met Shri Mataji, a great saint from India and began practicing Sahaja Yoga - when this feeling returned I knew I had found a genuine teacher. That was now almost 17 years ago and my life has undergone a tremendous and ongoing transformation since then. I enjoy meditating with my wife and four children and am currently the owner of "Imagine and Learn" a company encouraging quality family time and learning through game playing.
