Introduction	I'm a passionate student, teacher, and all-around-lover of yoga. I moved to beautiful Astoria, New York in September of 2009 and have since become a certified Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Kids yoga teacher, Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, met the love of my life, and begun pursuing my dream of giving the gift of yoga to anyone open to receiving it. In the fall of 2014 I became a DONA trained doula, and I received my official certification in early 2016. I hope this blog helps de-mystify certain aspects of yoga and spark a lively conversation about this life changing practice.
