| Introduction | Angie is a native Oregonian proud to call herself a Bendite for over 20 years. Her background in title and escrow has helped her build a solid foundation and understanding of the different aspects of real estate. She found that she was more interested in actually helping her clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties than working behind the scenes. She has completed her designations as both a Luxury Home Specialist and a Certified Residential Investment Specialist, the new E-pro designation and is well on her way to completing the CRS designation and the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Angie’s specialties include marketing listings, luxury homes, horse and acreage properties, new construction, investment property, and of course working with buyers. She has experience in new home construction from working with the city in the permit stages, through selection of finishes, marketing and sales. She also works with investors in commercial, industrial and residential investments. Angie is an assertive negotiator and does what it takes to get the job done. She puts her client’s needs first, and always delivers the highest level of service possible. |
