Introduction	I have studied and worked most of my life in Brazil, working in the financial markets. I had also studied at University of California, Berkeley, and now I am finishing my MBA at IESE, Barcelona. Since university I have been interested in volunteering activities because I believed I could contribute to change positively our society, helping others. I have volunteered in Brazil and at IESE I have started to study more about social enterprises, microfinance and impact investing, though consulting projects in education and fair trade. I got really interested about financial inclusion, so I decided to come to Bangladesh to have micro finance training and research at Grameen Bank.
