| Introduction | I'm a premed student at Brigham Young University and will hopefully be a medical student in about a year. I was born in Tucson, Arizona to a Mormon family, the fifth of seven kids. I am grateful to have grown up in Pocatello, Idaho. I spent 2 years in São Paulo, Brazil as a missionary and treasure my friendship with the Brazilian people and my immersion in Latino culture.
