| Introduction | My name is Terri and like so many other people, I am a food blogger. I started my blog, "That's Some Good Cookin'" in July of 2010 and have found food blogging to be a many faceted creative outlet--cooking, photography, writing. It stretches and challenges me in ways I could not have imagined a few years ago. The recipes are frequently my own homesy creations, but now and again I take a walk on the wild side and explore foods that are a bit unexpected. My blog is, in a sense, a documentation of my life past and present. Here, I often mix humorous life experiences and stories with my recipes because food is at its best when you have a happy heart. I find joy in being a woman, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a nurse. While I take my roles seriously, I believe that every day deserves laughter and that there is humor to be found at every turn. It's all a matter of perspective.
