Introduction	I love to express creativity through writing, whether it's fiction or non-fiction, and I also enjoy performing what I call "manuscript makeovers." (It's way better to think of it as a manuscript makeover than editing.) But creating characters and story lines (especially love stories) isn't my only passion. I also enjoy creating divine-tasting recipes that are actually healthy, teaching about whole foods cooking in class settings or on TV, catering, reading and learning everyday, and spending time with my family. Favorite Movies	The Sound of Music, The Count of Monte Cristo, and... I don't watch movies that often.
Favorite Music	Anything from Jazz to music with lots of bass and guitars.
Favorite Books	The Icing on the Cake and Previously Engaged by Elodia Strain, Autumn Rain novels by Rachel Ann Nunes, Lynn Gardner books, Harry Potter, and I especially love romantic suspense books. That's why I write them.
