| Introduction | Since leaving Poland in 1989, I have lived on three different continents, in six different countries. This means new routines and challenges every few years. It means being open, flexible and vulnerable. But above all, it is about exploring, learning and making connections across borders, religions and cultures. My husband and I arrived in the Congo at the end of July 2019 with limited knowledge of what to expect due to a complete lack of guidebooks. I decided to start this blog to share my experiences in the Congo - whether you are moving here or just stopping by for a visit, I hope the information contained on these pages will help.
