| Introduction | This blog is dedicated to my dad, Phil Thompson. He passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at the age of 56 after a battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). I used to talk to dad about everything. We saw each other at least two days a week and I would fill him in on all the latest and pick his brain and get his advice. Since I cannot physically talk to dad anymore, I thought writting him letters would make me feel better. And it has. Perhaps, through my letters people can continue to see what a great man my father is. |
