| Introduction | Kirk Eddleman, MHA is the Chief Executive Officers of the Equine Practice Management Group, Inc., a veterinary business consulting and management company providing services to equine veterinary practitioners Kirk also serves as the CEO of Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery, a large and rapidly expanding equine practice headquartered in Weatherford, TX. In the six years since Kirk took charge, this practice has grown from a midsized 8-doctor clinic to a premiere 26-doctor practice encompassing racetracks in six states, a world class reproduction center and a flagship emergency & referral hospital. Prior to joining ESMS, Kirk was the Assistant Hospital Administrator for the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at Texas A&M University. In addition, Kirk has years of veterinary technical experience in all aspects of equine medicine and surgery. He has authored pieces for veterinary technical and managerial publications and presented on the technical and business aspects of equine practice. Kirk holds a Masters of Health Administration from Texas A&M University’s Health Science Center. |
