| Introduction | I am a very opinionted person and slightly (ahem) off balance. I try to pretend I have it all together, but I'm failing miserably...:) I am shuffling through my 12th year of marital bliss, and I have 2 children, a 13 year old girl and a 9 year old boy, who couldn't be more different from each other. My daughter is gifted, smart, intelligent and beautiful. She is also the reason I got my tubes tied. My son is sweet, loving, smart and cuddly. He can't do much wrong in my eyes. Yes, I realize that it is obvious I show favoritism. You all do, I am just more obvious about it. My husband and I both grew up in fairly dysfunctional homes and are doing a bang up job of raising our kids the best we can with the examples we were given. If we all come out of this alive, it'll be a miracle. |
