| Introduction | I am particularly interested in situations of enforced reality. When
simply displacing and decontextualising the action, a fictional document is created, an “altered”
reality, the tangential vanishing point of which, regarding reality, gives me a model from which
to work and a space for political action stemming from the interaction with the phenomenon that
I am tackling and its implications.
Beyond the traditional notion of “agency” in social and political art in the sense of “giving voice”,
I see my work as microreplicas with guidelines in which I reproduce the conditioning character
of the system to scale, now reappropriated from my own exercising of artistic authority with regard
to the control of my working process and product, involving and “utilising”, for this purpose, the
consensual agents. |
