Introduction	I'm a mama just like you. I struggled to exclusively breastfeed both of my kids due to a physical supply problem. I've exclusively pumped, supplemented, breastfeed, dealt with severe weight loss issues with both kids, and I've learned a bit about how to supplement through these trials! I hope that some of the things I have learned will be helpful to other moms struggling to make it work. I understand how it feels to not fit in with the breastfeeders or formula or bottle feeders and sometimes judged by all of them! I've also served as the Community Leader on the ivillage BF & Supplementing Board for several years.
