Introduction	I have had Celiac Disease for over 13 years, but only in the past few years have made the dedication to be completely gluten free. I have a son with Type 1 Diabetes and a daughter with liver issues. I have tried to adapt family favorite recipes for all our special needs. I don't claim to be an expert and have only put this blog together at the request of family and friends to share my recipes. Most of my recipes have come from others and I have adapted them to meet our needs. I claim no rights to them! Enjoy!
