| Introduction | I think that it is interesting to write a description, more or less a definition, of who I am and what this blog is about... But here are the things that I know for sure define me. I have been married to my (now) best friend for almost 13 years. I am known as mom to three handsome boys who are growing into young men. I know that I am a sinner, in need of a Savior and have found that salvation in Jesus Christ. I am a traveller along this road we call life. Many of my days are filled with joy in the journey, other days I struggle to put one foot in front of the other. I love my friends deeply, and am loved deeply by them. My past failures do not define ME, but they have been definition to my journey at times. Things that I do but do not find definition in: I homeschool my little men; trying my best to train them up in the way that they should go. I support my husband as he serves our country in the Army. I thoroughly love creating things; anything from food to quilts (when time allows). I try to workout...but I do not love it...and of all things that I could be defined by...this will never be one of them. |
