| Introduction | ALOHA! My name is Masaki. I have been teaching Japanese language at the Japanese immersion camp (Mori no Ike) in Minnesota every summer where I worked as a teacher and a program coordinator. I will be working on my paper on first-year camp counselors who have experience of being learners at the Japanese immersion camp and how they develop their teaching skills. Currently, I teach an introductory Japanese course at Hawaii Pacific University. |
