I made mental health counselling accessible and at no cost to thousands of Canadians through their workplaces and created career opportunities for thousands of counselors. Along the way I received prestigious awards, including Best Managed Company from Financial Post (twice) and the Silver Anniversary Lifetime Achievement Award for my contribution to benefits from Benefits Canada. Though all of my consulting services and endeavors, I apply the highest regard and respect for people, human rights, effective interpersonal communications, and contributing to productive workplaces where employees feel safe and enjoy being at their workplace. |
