Introduction	My parents never taught me how to cook. At least, not formally. How I learned a few of the things that I know was simply by observation. I watched my parents prepare and cook food until they kicked me out of the kitchen (though, they later scolded me for not knowing how to cook). Once I was left to fend for myself, I googled everything I could, asked my friends and coworkers for tips, and set out to work. I'm a little late in starting this blog, since I've been cooking for myself for over 3 years now, but the learning process is still ongoing. Besides, I'm sure facebook is getting tired of seeing all the pictures of my food.
