Introduction	Liam Billingham is a burgeoning film maker, film lover, and English as a Second Language Teacher. Previously, he lived in the Czech Republic, where his theatre reviews could be seen on the pages of BLATT(Bohemian's Review on Art, Lit and Ideas). Liam has his own production company, Tie Day Media, whose work can be viewed at www.tiedaymedia.com. This fall, Liam will be attending City College's Media Arts Production program as a writing/directing student.
