| Introduction | Hi, my name is Karissa. I am a wife, mother of two, blogger, and cook, on leave from being a Massage Therapist and a colon Hygienist. Presently working on getting my Health Coach certification, since, I have found myself coaching many in the area of health and nutrition. I am passionate about health and wellness from the inside out and all about! I enjoy learning all the different ways God made me unique and creative. I love Jesus like a puppy loves an owner who never forgets him! His love is a constant in my life and no religion, no foe, no pastor, no circumstance seems to be able to drown out the depth, the height, the width, or the length of the Love that this Father has for me! Since, I am passionate about eating "real foods" (a post I will write soon), and eating local or purest sourced foods available , I want to share my findings here. I hope to include many recipes, meal plans and inspire you (readers) to make "Small Changes In How You Fill Your Families Plates"! I am zealous to spread the message of Health and Hope to everyone I meet. I want everyone to know that there really is HOPE, in the most desperate states of suffering! |
| Interests | Cooking is first! I love to garden, paint, decorate (although that is new), music, dance, drama, helping others in body, mind and soul thru Jesus Christ, live foods, friendship and love. I absolutely love to throw parties! I use to knit, make jewelry and pottery. I would love to learn to sew, all forms of art, and sail. I would also love to dance more, paint more and have more parties...doing those things! |
